I upgraded in April and took the trade in promo credit of £150 extra with the pixel 9a. I got the trade in money, but not the promo credit. I've been in touch via email multiple times. I completed the trade in form, but there was no option for 9a enhanced trade in so selected other promo not listed. I never received a confirmation of completing the form, nor did I receive a confirmation email with an order number for my original order. Without either of the reference numbers I seem to be unable to pursue the missing credit. How else can I chase this up?

Hi,
I have spoken to letterrequests@idmobile.co.uk on 12/04 and a couple of times since. Ive also spoken TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk on 01/05 and 06/05. Both have tried to help but without the order and reference numbers from the missing emails seem unable to resolve the issue.

I definitely want this looked into further as the failure of your systems to send automated emails means I have taken out a phone contract that I would have otherwise not taken and traded in my old phone for significantly less than it's worth to me
