Hi,

 

I have a family emergency and I can’t make calls at all as it says my balance is capped . 
 

I have unlimited data and calls and I’ve paid my previous bill with no issues

 

Can this be resolved please.

If you've hit your credit limit, don't panic - you can make a quick payment to increase it. To do this, call us on 7777 from your iD mobile, or 0333 003 7777 from a landline (calls from other networks may vary).
