Hi. We accidently took the wrong phone out of contract for my daughters Christmas present. I only just opened it yesterday and noticed, so it's out of the 14days grace period. There is 23 months left on the contact, does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to cancel? The live chat was no help and the app isn't giving any answers as we haven't activated the sim

Hey there ​@EMMACULLEN, we’re very sorry to hear that. If you’re outside the returns window, then the termination fee will be the remaining payments for the whole contract left, rolled into a one-sum payment.
