Poor Data Speeds

I have unfortunately been on this network for 7 months and I say it was a mistake. The data are speeds are like dial up in the 80's!

 

Never above 5Mbps download and 2MBps upload! That's on 4G network hardly any better on 5G. Unusable service wish I had got out with the 14 days and gone to proper network.

Seems a popular thread has anyone ever found out why?
