Recently have the pixel 8a with new contract on ID whenever I make a phone call it constantly cuts out and the recipient can not understand me. Please help!

Sorry to hear this, does this happen in all postcodes or just certain one(s)?
If so, please could you let us know which postcode(s)?
If not, please could you try the SIM card in another device and see how you get on?
