Poor signal

Hello, 

I am finding that my signal at work is very poor, to the point where I can barely use data at all.  I thought this was just an unfortunate consequence of poor signal in the area, however my workmate has recently joined ID Mobile and when he is sat right next to me his 4G signal is showing as completely full, whereas mine is barely showing any signal at all.  Does anyone know why this might be, or have a solution to fix this?

Sorry to hear this, if someone next to you on iD Mobile is having a completely different experience to you, this seems like a SIM card/device concern.

 

What device are you using?

 

Have you tried a network settings reset recently?
