Poor signal in the last 15 days

The signal has been very poor since I joined this network beginnings of August. The page for coverage only says something about 3G being stopped… I do not know what to do, there is nobody to talk to and meanwhile I cannot do my work because the network is not performing at all.

I did not cancel the contract on time because I was in a retreat and now I am bound to a service that is not offering any service.

Hi @Teran

Sorry to hear this, please could you let us know the postcode(s) where you’re having issues?

Are issues with signal found everywhere or just in these certain locations?

Hi @Teran

In your other post we’ve replied to say that the reported postcode of LA12 9HX is an area where we’d expect issues, signal here appears to be quite weak, sorry about this.

You say you aren’t able to use the data, but then say only a few GB, which would be using the data, please could you let us know if you’re able to use data?

I can only use the data sometimes, very rarely. I am spending a lot of money buying extra data from another company. I cannot work online comfortably knowing that the internet connection from ID is not there most of the time and the other company I am using the data from is very expensive and runs out very quickly.
