porting issue

I’ve recently ported over from EE all seems to be fine apart from I’m not receiving mobile calls from EE numbers (my wife) or Vodaphone (sister in law) either not a bad thing but as I use my phone for work I really do need to be able to receive calls from any network.

 

im lead to believe it could be a split port issue but I’m at a loss how to report it to ID or get any assistance.

Sorry to hear this, is this just calls from EE? Are you able to make calls out to EE numbers?

 

Other network calls are all good?
