Porting my number over

I have been trying to port my number over for the past week with no luck. It says something wrong with the information you provided. Tried the  chat feature, no luck. Looks like a number of people have the same issue.  Not impressed at all.

Sorry to hear you’ve had issues. I'd try out Live Chat, type ‘speak to someone’ to connect to an agent.
