porting Number

Text message from ID to say it's ported over from previous network, but number still rings on old phone but everything else works on New one (ID).

Ive took sim out and turned phone on and off again.

Any ideas.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET, @Evansv

Your handset user guide should explain the reset procedure.

Hi @Evansv,

Welcome to the Community!

As @andewhite advised a network reset usually fixes most issues after a port.

If you are still having issues, please let us know.

Hi @Paul Ghent

We’d recommend the above from @andewhite and/or using the online port form here.
