Hi there, sure I'm panicking unnecessary...... I am porting my number from 3 - my 3 number is now disconnected but has not come across to ID yet - how long does this usually take?? The ID number supplied with sim is still showing. Obviously very important I don't lose my number..many thanks

Unfortunately
When your old provider’s SIM stops working, you know iD have begun working on your switch - however, sometimes the task may not be completed before 10pm, on the scheduled switch date.
When I switched to iD, the number I wanted to keep wasn’t working with my iD SIM until ~15:30.

Thank you, ironically my number transferred all OK at around 15.30 !! It's just that couple of hours of not having it that's makes it scary !!
All OK so far and everything working!!
