Porting old number

Hi there, 

2 new issues. 

1- hubby changed his iPhone contract 2 days ago from a firm one to a private/individual one via Lebara (stayed on the same network = Vodafone). Now I can't call him and  he can't call me either! He can call everybody else but me. What is going on? Before he went to his new contract we had no issue whatsoever. 

2- my daughter can no longer call me either but nothing has changed on her contract. It's telling her that I have a forwarding number but when I went to check, there is no forwarded number on the phone settings so again, what is happening? I can call her but she cannot call me! 

I have checked all the numbers, they are the correct ones, I have restarted my phone at least 5 times but it didn't make any difference. What can you suggest?

Hi there ​@Fran09', thank you for reaching out. If your Husband has changed to Lebara and having issues, then he’ll need to contact Lebara directly. 

 

In terms of your calls issue, are yourself and your Daughter on iD Mobile?

 

If so, when you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

 

Finally, how long has this been an issue for please?
