I had booked my port to take place 3 days ago but number still not ported. When entering details in to my ID App error message comes up saying it's booked in but there is no reference to it an any of my emails from ID. How do I get confirmation when it will transfer over?

It might be the case that the port has actually completed but the phone has retained the provisional iD phone number on your phone. This tends to happen when inserting the iD SIM before the port has taken place.
The app has some issues too. Often deleting the cache, then the data, then uninstalling and reinstalling can fix app related issues.
Having said that there has been some reports lately of ports not taking place when they should. A few have also reporting waiting on the port file from their previous provider.
But to check if the port has completed I would suggest you contact iD via Live Chat

It would be also advisable to start the chat with speak to person, as this should bypass their chat bot.
