How to transfer number from old id phone to new id phone

Sounds like you might be trying to transfer a number from one iD plan to another iD plan, @Ian Perry. 

Unfortunately, you can’t transfer a number from one iD account to another iD account.

    Okay @Ian Perry, can you not just take iD SIM out of your old phone, and pop it into your new phone?

    Not sure as previous SIM was a SIM only deal
