Pre-port number displays when I call out


I ported in to ID about three weeks ago. Everything works fine and I can receive calls on my ported in number. When I make outbound calls, it shows as coming from my ported in number, however, when I make outbound text, it shows as coming from a different number.

How do I get this fixed?

Try a NETWORK RESET on the handset with the iD SIM, @MrFreezy.

I dont see how that will help, surely the problem is at ID's end? 

I don't really want to have to re-enter all my WiFi passwords unless I really have to.

Well @MrFreezy, if you used the iD SIM in your handset before you switched, perhaps the handset is still using the initial number iD allocated for your connection to their network, when you call. 

Maybe you can change the phone number in the settings app on your handset.

Thanks for your help Andewhite, but the network reset didn’t help.
In the end, I found that the problem was with RCS messaging using the old number. I followed the solution from here...
