The web page for IDMobile allows a view of previous bills.

I have the IDMobile app for iPad OS (ver 18.3)

The button on the app to select “Previous Bills” doesn’t do anything.

Is there a bug?

Can you see your bills online, using a web browser from https://my.idmobile.co.uk, ​@Lozzerdude

If yes, then it’s a bug in the iOS iD app.

I’m not sure, but it might be related to you using an iPad and not a phone to access the app. I’m aware (not relevant to you) that iDM changed the iOS needed (they removed iOS15 and under) but I also now wonder if in doing so they’ve removed any other device except a physical phone. Only iDM can clarify my assumption.

I can view Previous Bill through  the IDMobile web page on Safari browser.

Sounds like there might be a ‘bug’ in iD app for iOS, ​@Lozzerdude.
