Price rise cut off

Am looking at taking a handset+tariff contract with ID Mobile (through the Carphone Warehouse) and wanted to know that if I sign it today (10 Feb) am I still liable for my first increase along CPI in April 2024 or April 2025?

Have seen conflicting reports from different retailers.

Hi @Lingua 

 

Customers who join or upgrade AFTER February 1st 2024 (01/02/24) will NOT be subject to the 2024 CPI rate change in April 2024, however will be subject to the one in April 2025.
