I have an existing plan for one of my daughters and have recently taken out another one for my other daughter. I received the new phone number in the welcome email, went to add the new plan to my account in the app and it needs a confirmation code sent to the new number. Problem is that the new SIM is faulty, all phones I try it in report ‘invalid SIM’ and I was advised by customer service to get a replacement SIM, which I have done. My question is how do I add the new replacement number so that it links up to the plan it is intended for? It would be fine if I could just activate the new SIM within the plan but I can’t because I have no way of creating that plan in the first place without the confirmation code that I have no way of accessing because the original SIM doesn’t work. I feel like I am going round in circles with this!
