Problem completing login to ID Mobile app

Hi folks,

The app login requires putting in my ID Mobile number and then sends a code but I’m using the sim in a mobile wifi (mifi) so have no way of retrieving the code sent by text. 

The size of the sim for my mifi is different to my iphone so I can’t switch it into that to get the code either, is there any way of bypassing this so I can complete my app account login?

Hey @Barfie Barfoot-Saunt,

Our Physical SIMs are 3-in-1, so you should be able to pop the outer frames so it’ll fit in your iPhone to receive the SMS. Once complete, you can put the outer frames back on and return it to your MiFi device.
