I have just purchased a Samsung A16.I have enabled developer mode.I have set the USB default configuration to “transferring files”.I have connected a USB cable to my PCMy friends A15 connects fine. So the cable is Ok and the PC has a Samsung driverMy A16 dies not seem to trigger windows file manager.What am i doing wrong - or have not done ?

Hi @rgtrOn behalf of Natalie.Some USB cables will only be rated for charging and not for data transfer, it’ll be worth double checking before you buy.Tom

Hello @rgtrThanks for posting.I have taken a look into this and you would be best to speak to Samsung directly regarding this issue.I had located some troubleshooting but this mostly pointed to the cable being defective which you have advised it isn't.Thanks,Natalie
