Problem setting up new child account

Ive ordered a new SIM to transfer my childs phone across to ID mobile. I already have an account.

I’ve put the SIM in the new phone, logged into my account, select add new subscription, When I add the new phone number it says its sent a text to the new number but we never receive it. What is going on and how can we resolve?

Are you in the process of transferring a number to it still?

 

It may be best to wait around 24 hours after a transfer has fully complete to register to the app/website, are you still having issues receiving the text?
