Problem transferring phone number


Joined ID mobile and transferred my number but when I ring call centres or certain contacts the id mobile number shows up not my transferred number

Hi @JessicaJ 

 

It may be worth trying the following;

 

For iPhone;

Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

 

For most Android;

Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth

 

For Samsung; 

Settings > General management > Reset > Reset mobile network settings


Resetting network settings will NOT reset any personal data (Photos, Videos, Contacts etc) only network settings.

Have you tried a NETWORK RESET on your handset, @JessicaJ

The device user guide should explain the resetting procedures.
