I have a problem…
I did have an ID SIM (1 month rolling) in Jan. I then cancelled that and opened a new one (12 month) shortly after (this was all to do with getting right phone number on right card).
Now my online login account tells me I have limited access because I left in Jan. No mention of the new phone number which I contracted to afterwards.
I need access to the new number account online.
What should I do?
