problem with website


I cannot get access to the id mobile.  I get this message. Can anyone help?

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?

I've done that'd it still doesn't work. It was Samsung Internet browser I normally use.  I've gone to use chrome and it works so I'll stick to that.  Thank you

Yes everythings up to date. It worked when I first went on your site to order the sim cards but since then when I try to go on it always comes up with that message. Its happened for a while now.

Hello @Jojo217,

Try a different browser.

It’s related to your settings in the browser/cookies/cache.

If you try downloading Google Chrome and using that browser for your phone it should work.

Or try Incognito mode in the Google Chrome browser.
