Problems in getting security codes for NHS App and another app, on my android phone with ID

Hi

 

Im unable to receive any security codes sent from the NHS app or any app I use that send them, they just dont appear.  So Im unable to sign into these apps.

 

This has just started happening.


Can someone help.
