problems receiving calls. Says person is on another line.

Hi Whenever anyone rings me they get a message saying that ‘The person you are trying to call is on another line’ - however, im not.

 

I have tried toggling wifi on and off and have reset my network settings, but neither has helped.

    Have you checked your iD SIM card is not broken or damaged @Josh Bird? 

    Have you checked what happens if you use your iD SIM card in a different device?

    You might need replacement SIM card.

    Does this happen with multiple different numbers attempting to call you?

     

    Have you tried the SIM card in another device?
