Had to make a topic as the person I was speaking to privately a few weeks ago hasn’t got back to me.
A few weeks ago I made a topic about being unfairly charged for data roaming. An ID Mobile team member messaged me privately saying that, in this instance and in good faith, they would apply some credit to the bill.
Today my bill came out and there was no deduction, and there is currently no deduction on the upcoming bill.
Can someone at ID Mobile get in touch with me. I have screenshots of the private conversation but I don’t think it’s right to post them here.
