Proof of phone/upgrade google pixel


Hello, I upgraded my phone to a Google pixel 8 2 weeks ago, this purchase came with a promotion of free Google headphones or a Google watch. I am currently trying to claim this rewards but I am unable to prove the purchase. None of the emails I received regarding the upgrade confirm what phone it was I upgraded too. Is there anyway I can have help with this.

I am having a similar problem: it was all handled by email without PDF invoices / delivery note, yet that is what they want to redeem the offer. It is almost like they don’t want us to claim.

So, I have successfully claimed!

I went into the shop today where I collected my order (I had it delivered to Currys as I’m out during the day). They were able to print me a copy of my invoice as the order was in their system. 

I also downloaded my order acknowledgement email (which, in my case, does show my phone model) and went to Print, which offered me the option “Print to PDF”, saving it as a PDF. I uploaded both that and the invoice as proof of purchase. 

I have been told my claim is approved, though nothing is definite until I get my watch! Hope this helps someone else.

Never knew there was a livechat service but they have requested the documents for me so thank you for mentioning it :)

Finally managed to sort this out and my claim has been approved, I emailed DPO@currys.co.uk last night and they sent me an email with all the information I needed this morning. Now to wait 30 for my Google watch

I now despair of ever getting my watch. My claim was approved on 15th June, and the tracking website showed that it was due to be with me by 15th August. They have now changed the approval date to 22nd July and it says the watch will be with me by 20th September (or thereabouts; I would need to check the exact date) If they keep putting back the approval date, they can delay ever sending the item. It is starting to feel like a bit of a con.
