I need proof of purchase and proof of usage but live chat is not connecting me to any of advisors.. what to do now

Hi ​@DA Enik 

Once you have opened a Live Chat, type ‘talk to a person’ in the dialogue box so that you don’t go round in circles with the inane chatbot questions.
Also, make sure you have time put aside to do this as the agents connect to several chats at any one time and so you may have to wait for the chat to connect and also when getting replies.
