My ID phone broke in July 2024. Wrote to ID at Salford address to cancel contract, but got no reply. I couldn't cancel on line as they send a text to phone, but had thrown it away , as it had broke in two and didn't work.
Wrote again in December ( busy between last letter) to the London address , sending it recorded delivery, but again still no reply, but they are still taking my money. Haven't stopped direct debit till they confirm my contract ended, but not responded to me. What can I do?
