PUK code. is it contained on the card (like credit card) which contains your SIM. THE first 8 numbers related to ID. are the last 8 the PAK CODE?

PUK code. Does the card that holds the sim (credit card size) hold the puk code. The first 8 related to I.D. is the last 8 the PUK code ? NOT PAC CODE
