Hi. How do I query my bill. I don’t seem to be able to contact anyone in anyway.

Why my monthly charge of £7 has turned into £13 when the only additional charge that should have been made was for 100mb.

Thank you. Yes, I did this before posting my original message. I don’t understand what the additional charges are for, or what they relate to. Can I also add that I would rather not be trying to find a resolution to this on a public forum.
