When trying to make a call I get an automated female voice that says "You have reached your maximum. Any further calls will be charged to your account." Then the line goes dead. I have an unlimited data/minutes package. What is the problem with my number?

Can you please confirm if you are receiving this message when calling all numbers or any in particular?

Are these calls to other mobiles/landlines or chargeable calls such as international or numbers starting 084, 087 or 09?
