Really streased about this


Okay, so last month for some reason when my direct debit came out my bank rejected it for some unknown reason, I then received a text on the 18th of December stating I had 5 days to pay it, this is when I was aware of the problem. 
 

I paid it on the 23rd of December and everything was okay.

 

I received a text on the 19th of December stating my direct debit had been reinstated, which I have just found out it never was.

 

I now have a notification stating I MUST pay the my bill by the 11th, I don’t get paid until the 13th.

 

Ive tried contacting live chat but can’t get through to anybody, please please is it possible to get my payment date changed to the 13th, I can’t setup a new direct debit until this is paid, but I can’t until the 13th :(

 

Please help, I’m really stressing about this.

For time sensitive issues, it’s better to use the online iD Live Chat service or their social media channels, ​@TheJayJay.  

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - have you told the 24/7 online chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”?

Live chat is telling me I have to wait 55 minutes to get through to someone though, and had been for the past 2 hours :( This is stressss
