Realme X2 phone... not able to receive or make calls

After today’s outage, and suggested remedies.  I am still unable to make or receive calls.  Is this because my phone in not compatible with the changes or because I have not managed to alter the settings. Does anyone know please if the Realme X2 phone is compatible before I purchase another phone?

Do not worry it’s not your phone I thought the same bit it’s the network that’s is down 3 so annoying and very inconvenient!!!

Thanks soo much… I went through all their advice on the page which mentioned going into settings and changing this that and the other… but the menus just dont match my phone.  I am hoping you are correct and it will return to normal soon.  Thanks for the message :)
