How do I go about getting my rebate on my monthly bills ?

Hi @Bigdgc, are you looking for a refund for an overpayment? If so, a refund can be processed via your direct debit and will take 3-5 working days. This can be actioned via the live chat:

You can also ask your bank for a chargeback.
