I’m travelling to Turkey which is not in the 50 roam free destinations. I’m looking for confirmation that I will receive 2FA SMS texts for banking and other services. I also have a £0 cap to avoid additional charges.
+18It’s free to receive SMS’s while roaming. Cannot guarantee you will get 2FA SMS’s as nothing is guaranteed.
Just to make you aware delivery of messages abroad is the responsibility of the roaming network.
If it doesn’t work on one you can try changing your roaming network.
Also SMS delivery is not guaranteed.
