Receiving txt messages is delayes by 5 minute

It sounds like there might be an issue with the SMS server at iD. Though does it get better if you restart the phone?

The other thing might be related to network issues. You can check for known issues by putting your postcode in here - https://www.three.co.uk/content/experience-fragments/threedigital/uk/en/site/mvno/network-status-checker/idmobile.html

There are other reasons but I’d check the network first

Thanks for the assistance, it is definitely a network issue, have only recenty moved to ID. Have tried a number of thinks relating to phone and setting nothing improves the delay

I too am having some very significant issues with my iD service too.
