Reception

Poor reception after switch from O2 Marlborough, Wiltshire.

I’ve just switched from O2 to iD as the latter was meant to be much better reception in my area. However, to date it has been poorer. Any tips such as the phone settings? I seem to recall O2 sending network settings to my phone at one time.

Hey @intrastat,

I’d recommend trying a NETWORK SETTINGS RESET, as your phone may still have configuration settings from O2.

Thanks.

I am still unable to switch to this number due to having to still use it 4th time now I had to go back and use old phone to make a call. I am unable to let my old phone go due to this.

@Flo Philomena - are other services working, such as Texts and Mobile Data? Thanks.
