recieved no order confirmation email

Hi

I ordered a new sim earlier today and am yet to receive an email confirming my order. How am I supposed to know if and when my sim will arrive?

Usually there’s an iD Mobile web order reference number, shown on screen, when placing an online order, @Caitlin Aird

About 3 minutes after posting this I got the email :) thanks anyway

Hello hope everyone is healthy and well can someone please tell me I have ordered two upgrades mobile phones to be delivered today I was told buy advisor that would receive confirmation email of delivery but not received anything can someone help please regards Mr Mark Rodgers894@gmail.com

Posting an email address in an online public forum probably isn’t a great idea - hope people don’t start spamming you, @Potluck24

FYI, iD phone orders are delivered using DPD, so once dispatched you should get email/s from DPD - if not, perhaps your order hasn’t been processed / dispatched.

The iD Mobile sales team might be able to assist - contact sales on 020 7139 1397, between 9am - 6pm.
