I referred my daughter in September 2023 to ID mobile with refer a friend. We've tried claiming for the vouchers using the email link, but it just sends us to the refer a friend web page. I've contacted ID mobile and they've been no help. How do we claim the vouchers??

Yes, as I received an email later with a link but the link just takes me to the refer a friend page. 😭
