Refer a Friend

My dad did the refer a friend scheme to refer me and neither of us have received our curry’s vouchers. I then did a refer a friend for my mum who has joined ID mobile under the new scheme but this time didn’t even receive an acknowledgment email. I have no idea how to contact anyone about this.
