refer a friend

Hello, I took out a contract with ID mobile on 26/06/2026 in Currys in partnership with Carphone Warehouse. My partner, Mr Andrew Tugwell told the gentleman that he is an existing ID mobile customer and gave him a code for refer a friend and the gentleman neglected to add it to the order, we have only discovered this since leaving Currys. Can we get access to the £35 off each please?

    We're sorry to hear this has happened.

     

    Unfortunately, the Refer a Friend offer must be applied at the point of purchase and we're unable to add it to an order once it has already been placed.

     

    If you'd still like to qualify for the offer, you'll need to contact the point of sale (Currys/Carphone Warehouse) to discuss cancelling the current order and then placing a new order using the Refer a Friend code during the purchase.
