Refer a friend not possible to redeem

Good morning.

I received an email to say that I should use my refer a friend vouchers by 30th July and so did the friend I referred. We should be awarded £15 each and we have both received the emails accepting the referral with the “claim your reward” link.

However when I try to log in to claim it, I go round in a loop and cannot get anywhere on this page.

I have contacted Aklamio as suggested on your the site and their reply seems to say that they only took over the scheme in May this year and were not able to help.

Please could you advise?

I used the online chat and we added £15 to my bill. My friend will do the same.
