Hi, I'm a friend that was referred o the refer a friend scheme, and I've paid 2 mths coming up to 3 mths of my 12 mth contract and neither my referrer or myself have heard anything back from ID. Don't t know why I'm surprised, none of these schemes ever work. I'm sure we have done everything required. Is there any way it can be checked or speak to someone in ID about it? Thanks.

You can only communicate with iD customer support online,
The online iD Live Chat service is their primary support channel.
Chatbot works 24/7, and iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends + bank holidays).
