Refer a friend scheme

Hi, I'm a friend that was referred o  the refer a friend scheme, and I've paid 2 mths coming up to 3 mths of my 12 mth contract and neither my referrer or myself have heard anything back from ID. Don't t know why I'm surprised, none of these schemes ever work. I'm sure we have done everything required. Is there any way it can be checked or speak to someone in ID about it? Thanks.

Thanks, I used the live chat and after checking all my details she said she'd fire off an email to the promotions team but it could take a while.
