In Dec 24 I transferred my Direct Debit payment to a different bank using the approved banking scheme
however ID mobile did not take the money
I then responded to var emails from ID mobile re overdue payment by making a Direct Ddbit card payment which went through fine
then a few days later ID mobile took the alleged defaulted /missing Direct Debit,
net result I effectively paid the same bill £7 again.
This over payment needs refunding.
the issue seems to be entirely with ID mobile systems as I am experiencing the Exact same issue with my wife’s ID mobile account (which is paid from my bank) which ID failed to take from the corrected set up Direct Debit then subsequently took after a debit card payment which is now pending
absolute nightmare
somebody please sort this
