Went for upgrade, but cancelled it same day. 

Payement was taken almost 2 weeks ago and still no refund. 

They keep saying it should be back, but nothing showing on my account. 

Any suggestions?

You probably need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Djelat1950 

The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​​
