I have two pending transactions to ID after accidentally submitting request twice. I would like to cancel one of them and the bank have told me I need a 6 digit authorisation code from the Merchant. How can I contact ID to obtain this?

We can’t process a refund if the payment is pending as it hasn’t been completed with your bank.
Once the payment is showing as completed and no longer pending please let us know.
Just to advise some pending payments bounce back to bank accounts after 5 working days.
