I have inherited my google pixel from my partner who had finished her contract and continued with an upgrade with iD mobile, however when taking the SIM out of my old phone and attempting to use it with the pixel, I discovered that the phone had been blacklisted. However she never reported the phone as lost or stolen and the contract is fully paid off. The online chat hasn’t been able to answer any of my questions as to why the phone was blacklisted and how I can go about resolving this issue. Any help would be appreciated as the contract was paid off nearly a year ago now and multiple attempts by her get this resolved have been to no avail.
